I know “it depends” isn’t a very helpful answer, but it depends. Sometimes people feel better after just a few sessions. For some, the work can take months or years. Ultimately, it’s up to you.

Yes, I do offer a sliding scale depending on the individual circumstance.

Do you offer therapy for kids?

I have experience working with children and families, but right now I am only accepting adults on an individual basis.

What therapy techniques do you use?

Evidence Based Treatment modalities are clinical shown to improve symptoms for most clients. I like to think of my approach as a dance between myself and my clients. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI). Brief Solution Focused, Seeking Safety, and Person Centered are approaches that I utilize for my clients.
